Role Overview
Being a Sous Chef at Bill’s, we will pay you top salary and we ask that you are able to take the lead when your Head Chef is off – it’s your time to shine.
Responsibilities
* Take the lead when Head Chef is off.
* Love food, know your specs and make food with care.
* Be guest focused and ensure shifts deliver great food on time.

47 of our Head Chefs and General Managers have been promoted from within. We support progression with robust training plans. Our ‘Grow to Lead’ program develops managers over 12 months and includes a Level 3 Leadership and Management Qualification.
