Day in the Life
* Liaise with prospective tenants and arrange property viewings in line with their needs
* Negotiate offers and agree new tenancies
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
* Assess and value properties for the market
* Market properties to tenants using various marketing skills
* Focus on generating new and repeat business
* Canvass the local area, door knock and drop leaflets
* Ensure properties adhere to health and safety standards
Essential Skills
* Full UK driving licence for a manual vehicle
* Team player who creates a positive working environment
* Track record of delivering outstanding customer service
* Self‑motivated and able to work independently
* Good telephone manner
* Strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Office)
* Excellent attention to detail
* Knowledge of current residential lettings legislation (ideal)
Requirements to Proceed
* Full UK driving licence
* Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (in accordance with the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006)
* Evidence of right to work in the UK: passport or birth certificate
* Proof of address
* National Insurance number
* Driver's licence check
