About The Role
We're looking for an enthusiastic individual with experience in sales or customer service who is passionate about connecting with people.
As a Sytner Mercedes-Benz Sales Executive, you'll be the key contact for our customers throughout their exciting car‑buying journey. You'll listen carefully, ask the right questions, and guide them through a premium, personal experience that reflects the excellence of the Mercedes-Benz brand.
You will work flexible patterns, including weekends, to ensure our customers always receive the exceptional service they deserve.
About You
* Has exceptional interpersonal and communication skills – you are at your best when talking to people and building rapport.
* Is passionate about delivering a first‑class customer experience every time.
* Brings energy, positivity and a desire to learn and grow.
* Whether you have worked in retail, hospitality, or sales, if you can hold a great conversation and genuinely care about helping customers, we will give you all the training and support you need to succeed.
* Requires a minimum of sales or customer service experience within a retail or service industry environment.
