Job Description – Strategy Manager (16831)
We are recruiting for a Strategy Manager at easyJet holidays. Reporting to the Senior Strategy Manager, you’ll own our competitor and market intelligence capability while contributing to the high impact strategic projects that determine how easyJet holidays continues to grow.
Responsibilities
* Own competitor and market intelligence, and build in-depth assessments of the competitive landscape, market sizes, and performance trends that feed directly into board-level decision making
* Deliver regular and ad hoc market updates to the Holidays Management Board
* Support major strategic projects by scoping, structuring, and leading workstreams end to end
* Build business cases that explore new growth opportunities for the business
* Design and facilitate workshops and interviews with senior stakeholders across the business
* Work closely with the wider Strategy & Programmes team on strategic planning and business case development
Your work will directly inform how easyJet holidays grows, competes, and invests. You’ll need to be comfortable presenting to executive audiences and distilling complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations.
Qualifications
* A track record in strategy, consulting, or a similar analytical role
* Strong analytical skills, comfortable with market reports, business plans, financial data, and performance metrics
* Clear, structured communication at a senior level including building polished decks and presenting to executive or board audiences
* Experience applying strategic frameworks and translating analysis into practical recommendations
* Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with BI tools is a plus
* The ability to balance rigour with pace, you know when done is better than perfect, and when to go deeper
Experience in travel, package holidays, or airlines would be an advantage, though it’s not essential. What matters most is that you can think clearly, move quickly, and deliver work that makes a real difference.
What’s in it for you
* In addition to your competitive base salary, we offer an all-inclusive benefits package which includes our company-wide bonus scheme, 7% pension contribution, and private medical insurance.
* We offer a variety of share options and life assurance, and we have an impressive range of flexible benefits that you can tailor to your needs.
* You’ll have access to heavily discounted flights for yourself and your loved ones, as well as free easyJet Plus membership, annual holiday vouchers, and a generous annual leave entitlement.
* At easyJet holidays, we create unforgettable experiences for our customers, and we strive to do the same for our people. As such we’re committed to supporting our team with development opportunities and a welcoming atmosphere.
* The role is full-time and based at our easyJet holidays HQ near Luton Airport. We operate a hybrid working model of 2 days per week in the office.
