š Purpose of the Role
Weāre looking for a proactive and organised Scheduler to join our WPS team in Finsbury Park. Youāll play a key role in planning and coordinating works for a multi-skilled team of engineers and supply chain partnersāensuring smooth operations, maximum productivity, and excellent service delivery.
š§© Key Responsibilities
* Plan and manage operative diaries to optimise workforce efficiency
* Maintain low work-in-progress levels and meet productivity targets
* Support the production of performance reports and data analysis
* Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and site teams
* Ensure all planning aligns with health and safety standards
š Key Skills & Experience
* Strong organisational and diary management skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication
* Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and reporting tools
* Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently under pressure
* Commercial awareness and understanding of maintenance operations
