The Opportunity
We have a phenomenal and outstanding opportunity within the EMEA Benefits team for you to design, deliver and measure the success of our benefits at Adobe. Reporting to the EMEA Head of Benefits, this role will own benefits programs across EMEA and contribute to enabling our benefits philosophy in the region.

What You Will Do
* Lead the design, implementation and continuous improvement of EMEA benefits programs, including healthcare, risk (life/disability), pension and wellbeing offerings, ensuring alignment with global philosophy and local market competitiveness.
* Own and drive the EMEA Wellbeing strategy, partnering with global teams to localise and deliver impactful wellbeing initiatives that support employee health, engagement and productivity.
* Lead and contribute to pension‑related projects across the region, including plan design changes, governance, harmonisation efforts and regulatory compliance.
* Oversee end‑to‑end benefits management across the EMEA region, ensuring programs are compliant, cost‑effective and deliver a positive employee experience.
* Manage annual benefits renewals and negotiations for key EMEA countries driving optimal plan design, vendor selection and cost control.
* Act as the primary point of contact for regional benefits vendors, leading vendor governance, performance management and service delivery excellence.
* Handle complex benefits‑related queries and issues, supporting Benefits Analysts and ensuring timely resolution with a strong focus on employee experience.
* Partner closely with internal stakeholders (HR, Finance, Payroll, Legal) to ensure seamless delivery of benefits programs and alignment with broader people strategies.
* Monitor market trends, regulatory changes and benchmarking data to continuously enhance the competitiveness and effectiveness of EMEA benefits offerings.
* Drive process improvements, standardisation and automation initiatives across benefits operations to increase efficiency and scalability.
What You Need To Succeed
* Project management skills and ability to navigate a fast‑paced environment.
* Demonstrated problem‑solving capabilities and ability to work within and across teams.
* Ability to manage various stakeholders such as ERC, Payroll, broker and vendors.
* Good communication skills and attention to detail.
* Demonstrated desire to grow, develop and learn within the Benefits COE.
