Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a solid background in property management, compliance, administrative tasks ensuring that our office runs smoothly and effectively. This role requires excellent communication and organisational abilities.

Responsibilities

* Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
* Supervise and support administrative staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
* Oversee compliance for all properties and ensure KPIs are met.
* Arranging clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
* Develop and implement office policies and procedures to enhance workflow.
* Ensure effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders.
* Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as required.

Requirements

* Proven experience in property management, office management or senior administrative role.
* Strong supervisory experience with the ability to lead a team effectively.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong phone etiquette.
* Exceptional organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
* Ability to multitask and prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment.
