Your Role:
* Manage client finances, from cash and cheques to reconciliations
* Process invoices, deal with supplier queries, and oversee payments
* Handle VAT returns and produce accurate financial reports
* Liaise with property managers to streamline processes and resolve issues
* Maintain impeccable financial records across all accounts
What We’re Looking For:
* AAT Level 4 (or working toward completion)
* Experience in property or lettings finance
* Familiar with accounting software such as Tramps, Propman, or Yardi
* Confident with Excel and financial reporting
