You will work working for an international facilities management service provider, generating new business, building lasting client relationships, and driving growth across a variety of sectors including education, manufacturing, corporate, oil & gas, and high-quality retail. A great opportunity to move from single service or soft FM into a TFM mainly hard services type of environment. Key Responsibilities: * Identify and convert new business opportunities across the central belt and wider Scotland market. * Build and maintain strong client relationships at all levels, acting as a trusted advisor. * Prepare and deliver high-quality tenders, proposals, and presentations. * Collaborate with internal teams to solutionise client requirements. * Maintain a continuous pipeline of opportunities and achieve ambitious sales targets. * Represent the business at industry events, networking, and professional associations to raise the company’s profile. Candidate Requirements: * Proven business development or sales experience, ideally within facilities management, Hard FM, or related sectors. * Hunter mentality – proactive in generating business from scratch. * Experience managing long sales cycles and complex deals independently. * Strong networking, communication, and interpersonal skills. * Knowledge of the Scottish market and existing client networks is highly desirable.
