The Housing Manager will be responsible for leading a team of staff to ensure that the objectives set for their area of responsibility are achieved under the direction of the Executive Director of Housing & Communities & Assistant Director of Housing & Communities.
Responsibilities
* The Housing Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the General Needs Housing team
* Ensuring the delivery of high quality services and the achievement of continuous improvement, in accordance with agreed standards and best practice
Skills and Qualifications
* Educated to degree level
* 4 years’ experience in a Housing Management role including: Tenancy Management, Rent Accounting, Void Management, Antisocial Behaviour Management Allocations etc.
* 2 years staff management experience (in a team environment)
