We are currently recruiting for a Administrator to join our Commercial Property (Networks) team in our Nottingham office. In this role you will be key player in the Commercial Property (Networks) team in Nottingham, primarily providing comprehensive administrative assistance to Partners and other fee earners in the department. Department Networks - Commercial Property Employment Type Permanent - Full Time Location Nottingham Workplace type Onsite Key Responsibilities To provide administrative support, such as setting up matters, pre- completion paperwork, filing, photocopying, scanning, invoicing, sorting external post etc Making up and returning Deed Packets to NG To deal courteously and promptly with any instructions or queries arising. Be prepared to gain an understanding on Networks’ structure and working practices. To provide administrative support with the use of case management systems. Opening and closing files using case management system. Preparation of documents for signature. Any other reasonable duties commensurate with the grade and post. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise A law degree or other relevant qualification (desirable but not essential), which may include experience of working in a legal role. Previous secretarial and/or accounts experience is desirable, but not essential. Experience of working with case management systems is desirable, but not essential. Ability to communicate confidently with both clients and all department levels across the Firm. Must be computer literate. Ability to prioritise/manage high volume, meet strict deadlines and work under pressure. High attention to detail and accuracy is essential. Must be able to work as part of a team as well as to use own initiative. Project a professional image at all times.
