This is a hands-on Clinical Senior Care Assistant role for someone who leads by example, keeps standards high, and can support a team to deliver safe, consistent, person-centred care. You will be a key figure on shift, helping the home run smoothly day-to-day while ensuring care is delivered in line with CQC expectations. Shift pattern and contract for a Clinical Senior Care Assistant Nights: 8pm to 8am Day: 8am to 8pm 12-hour shifts on a rota basis Alternate weekend availability required Your Duties and Tasks for a Clinical Senior Care Assistant: Lead and support the care team on shift, ensuring high standards of care are maintained at all times. Oversee day-to-day delivery of care, ensuring staff follow best practice and CQC guidelines. as a Clinical Senior Care Assistant Provide guidance, supervision, and support to less experienced staff to help them develop and contribute confidently. Deliver exceptional, compassionate care to residents, ensuring dignity, respect, and person-centred support at all times. Maintain clear communication with colleagues and ensure accurate written records, handovers, and care documentation. What We’re Searching For in a Clinical Senior Care Assistant: NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (essential). Experience working within an elderly care setting (care/nursing home experience preferred).
