As a key member of our Kier Mechanical & Electrical (KME) team, you will play a crucial role in the safe and effective installation of mechanical services on significant projects. Your Responsibilities
As a Mechanical Site Manager, you will be at the forefront of delivering excellent mechanical installations. Your daily tasks will include:
* Leading mechanical installations, ensuring safety, compliance with specifications, and timely delivery.
* Guiding and mentoring supervisors, fostering a collaborative "one team" approach.
* Coordinating with Engineers and Project Managers for smooth project delivery.
* Managing quality control procedures and maintaining accurate progress records.
* Identifying risks and providing creative solutions to challenges.

* You possess strong technical knowledge of mechanical services installation and safety, supported by relevant industry qualifications.
* You hold CSCS and SMSTS accreditation.
* You enjoy building relationships and connecting with teams.
