Food and Beverage Manager (New Opening)
Space St Andrews
About the Role
We are recruiting a Food and Beverage Manager to lead the launch of our brand new café, bar, and event space opening in Spring 2026.
This is not a standard hospitality operation. By day, we serve specialty coffee and Scandi-inspired pastries. By night, we shift gears into seriously good Roman-style pizza slices, an all-day dining menu worth sticking around for, and a carefully curated drinks list made up of all our favourite things.
This space will also be home to our mini market, stocked with the provisions and brands we genuinely love, plus a packed social calendar supported by darts, pool, and private rooms built for singalongs, screenings, and group get-togethers.
As Food and Beverage Manager, you will take full ownership of the operation, building the team, setting the standards, and ensuring the venue becomes a must-visit destination from day one. This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership role where you will balance operational detail with a confident floor presence, strong commercial instincts, and a genuine passion for hospitality.

6. Work closely with the General Manager and wider operational teams to ensure seamless day-to-day delivery.
• Build strong working relationships across departments, ensuring the venue runs as one team.
