About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Hire & Sales Coordinator to join our growing team. You will be an integral part of the team, supporting the hire and sales administration function. As a Hire & Sales Coordinator, you will work closely with our hire department and sales teams to deliver exceptional service, manage customer relationships, and handle administrative tasks related to short-term hire and equipment sales.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide support for daily hire department activities, ensuring customer satisfaction and exceeding expectations.
2. Manage all areas of short-term hire including scheduling, booking transport, creating quotes, and invoicing.
3. Support sales administration by processing sales packs, raising POs for equipment, and entering data into our operating system.
4. Work closely with suppliers and identify opportunities for cross-hire.
