Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for customers/depots via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring prompt and courteous assistance.

* Assist customers with account management, including updates, troubleshooting, and resolving complaints effectively.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met efficiently and professionally.
* Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company policies, products, and industry regulations to deliver accurate advice.
