The home is located in a lovely village location, it is close to the M1 and would be easily commutable from surrounding areas. The home is currently Good with CQC and therefore would suit a strong, individual with drive and commitment who is seeking a new exciting challenge. The successful candidate will have the following experience and qualifications: • Proven track record of successful home management. • Sound knowledge of CQC and Care Standards. • Good knowledge and background of the care sector. • Nurse qualified with PIN Duties will include: • Overall responsibility of the home. • Staff management/appraisals/Training. • Care plans/reviews/meetings. • Budget.
