Acting as a crucial part of the finance function, you will work closely with commercial and operational teams to enhance financial processes in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare monthly management accounts with variance analysis and commentary. Monitor KPIs and provide financial insights to improve operational efficiency. Perform margin analysis and cost control reviews. Support VAT and government reporting. Track inventory valuation and working capital with commercial teams. Maintain financial controls and assist with audit processes. Provide financial insight to support strategic projects. What We're Looking For Qualified accountant with CIMA or ACCA (or equivalent). Line management experience desirable. Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP). ERP experience (e.g., JD Edwards) and BI tools (e.g., Tableau/Power BI).
