Overview
The Clinical Support Worker will work with the Nursing team to contribute to high standard, patient‑centred care under the direction of a registered nurse. The post holder will communicate effectively with other members of the health care team, patients and relatives, and must be able to recognise and report to the appropriate person any changes in the patient’s condition that may require intervention by others.
Responsibilities

* Communicate clearly with the health care team, patients and relatives.
* Identify and report changes in a patient’s condition to the appropriate clinician or team member for timely intervention.
Qualifications / Experience
* Care support worker experience within a hospital or care setting (not a training role).
* Ability to work in a fast‑paced acute environment and be flexible across sites as required.
* Demonstrated integrity, honesty and accountability in caring for patients.
