Premier Customer Success Manager - NHS Software
Location: This role will be based 3 days a week in the office.

About you: You are a strategic, collaborative professional with experience in executive stakeholder engagement, digital transformation, and customer success. You have a proven track record working with NHS leaders and community mental health organizations, driving impact through technology. You excel at building trusted relationships, articulating ROI, and managing customer success plans to ensure long-term value and advocacy. Your organizational skills enable you to coordinate cross-functional teams, manage success plans, mitigate renewal risks, and maintain high engagement levels throughout the customer journey.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Managing a portfolio of NHS customers to drive revenue retention and long-term value.
2. Building trusted relationships with C-level executives and stakeholders.
3. Developing and executing tailored customer success plans aligned with digital transformation strategies.
4. Acting as a strategic advisor in digital transformation and change management.
5. Leading Quarterly Business Reviews and executive briefings to showcase ROI and drive engagement.
6. Using data analytics to monitor adoption, predict renewal risks, and inform strategic actions.
Skills and experiences that are desirable:
* Experience in senior customer success or consulting roles within NHS and healthcare IT solutions.
* Expertise in stakeholder engagement, change management, and healthcare digital transformation.
* Ability to influence and build relationships with senior stakeholders.
* Strong commercial acumen in revenue retention, upselling, and business growth.
* Experience in leading customer success initiatives and measuring business outcomes.
