This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping a fresh and exciting site with serious culinary backing. With guidance from a team that has already earned national recognition, you’ll help drive forward a venue that’s rooted in quality, creativity, and genuine hospitality. The Role As Sous Chef, you’ll work closely with the Head Chef to oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, help lead and inspire a talented team, and deliver consistently exceptional dishes using seasonal, locally sourced produce. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a kitchen with standards and ambition — but also appreciates a supportive, down-to-earth environment.
