As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you’ll run your own mini business from day one - building relationships, winning clients, and changing lives by matching top talent with exceptional opportunities. You’ll manage the full cycle:
* Business development: Reach out to and meet schools and education providers to understand their needs.
* Talent sourcing: Find, interview, and qualify outstanding candidates.
* Client partnership: Manage the relationship from first call to placement - negotiating offers, closing deals, and celebrating results.
* Performance-driven environment: Your success is visible, measurable, and rewarded immediately.
This is a fast-paced, high-energy role where no two days are the same and your results (and earnings) are entirely in your hands.
The deal
* £26,500 base + up to 20% uncapped commission - top performers here out-earn recruiters in London, Bristol, Manchester etc
* Merit-based progression - promotions are earned, not waited for. Everyone starts at Trainee level; where you go is on you.
* Proper training - learn from proven high billers who've done what they're teaching.
* Incentives that you want to hit- Lunch Clubs, team socials, all-expenses-paid trips for top performers.
