Job Description
As a project manager, you are responsible for delivering on predefined goals. Your job is to ensure that we as a deployment team and an organisation live up to our customers’ expectations - that we truly deliver value to our customers.
Your main responsibilities would include:
• Facilitating the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
• Running the project and ensuring that we are able to meet deadlines, budgets, resource needs and deliver on our promises
• Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation
• Coordinating internal resources and sometimes third parties/vendors for the seamless execution of projects
• Communicating with customers in different roles and handle their different expectations
• Assess risks to project time, quality and scope, and develop contingencies/mitigation strategies with project stakeholders
• Manage project budget, including revenue recognition and invoicing tasks in coordination with the Finance Department
• Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders At the end of they day, each project impacts health care professionals and their ability to effectively deliver patient care.
To succeed in this role, you should have a solid understanding of IT environments to effectively communicate with customers and interpret their needs. A strong service mindset, flexibility in adapting to changing situations, and the ability to work under tight deadlines are essential. They are looking for someone who is proactive, takes initiative, and thrives in a dynamic setting.
To build trust with our customers, familiarity with IT systems and environments is important. While you will work closely with deployment engineers, you will be expected to manage customer communication independently - this includes liaising with IT departments, security professionals, and other stakeholders.
