Responsibilities
* Create a strategy to increase revenue
* Oversee all operations of the hotel and venue
* Train and develop a growing team
* Implement a 5* service strategy
* Oversee the P and L
* Lead by example with a hands-on approach
Qualifications
* At least 3 years hotel management experience
* Must come from luxury background
* Strong communication skills
* Customer focused with a big personality
* P and L experience
* A leader with an eye for detail
* A team player
