Role Summary:
We are looking to welcome a confident and results-driven Sales Development Representative to our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established and fast-growing business in a key client-facing role. The initial contract will be for three months, with the possibility of extension and progression to a permanent role.
You will engage in a variety of client campaigns, focusing on lead generation, appointment setting, and gathering business intelligence. Your role will involve speaking directly with decision-makers, qualifying leads, and recording detailed and accurate notes in our systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Make outbound B2B calls to prospects on behalf of various clients
* Set fully qualified appointments and collect relevant business intelligence
* Record call outcomes and notes clearly and accurately
* Adapt communication style to suit a variety of industries and clients
* Ensure every call meets our quality standards and reflects our values
* Work effectively independently and as part of a remote or office-based team
Required Skills & Experience:
* Previous experience in telemarketing, telesales, or outbound B2B calling is preferred
* Excellent verbal communication skills and phone manner
* Confident, professional, and able to quickly build rapport
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Results-driven with a proactive, 'can-do' attitude
* Computer literate with the ability to learn new systems quickly
* Flexible and adaptable to support a range of client campaigns
