Norse Group's HR department has an excellent opportunity for an HR Advisor to join our team at our Head Office in Norwich.

This role sits within the Employee Relations team as part of HR Shared Services. It is a busy, varied role supporting different stakeholders with a variety of employee relations matters. Support and mentoring will be put in place to ensure you can reach your full potential.
This position is being offered on a full-time permanent contract, working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday; however, other working patterns and hours would be considered.
The Role
As a HR Advisor, you will be working as part of an effective Employee Relations team, delivering outstanding HR advice and support across the Group to support the Norse Groups core values.
