Employability Team Leader
Salary: £35,000 per annum
Location: Haringey
The Team Leader is a transformative role responsible for driving performance and results from a team of Employment Advisors. The Team Leader will support the team to achieve individual and team targets, providing ongoing practical support through observations, caseload reviews, and discussions of complex cases. They will conduct performance reviews and observations to assess competence in line with Ingeus' Performance Excellence Programme.
What you will be doing?
1. Direct line management of the team
2. Mentoring, training, and developing the team to perform their roles effectively
3. Conducting regular observations and caseload reviews
4. Supporting successful project delivery by maintaining operational excellence, achieving KPIs, managing the quality of provision, and managing performance
To be successful you will require:
1. Previous team management or lead experience is essential
2. Experience overseeing performance, mentoring, and supporting colleagues to meet KPIs
3. Stakeholder management skills; ability to network effectively and build relationships internally and externally
