Key Responsibilities:
* Generate room sales through corporate, travel agents, and direct bookings.
* Achieve monthly and annual sales and revenue targets.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Identify new business opportunities to maximize occupancy and revenue.
* Coordinate with the operations and front office team to ensure guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in the hotel/hospitality industry.
* Strong understanding of room sales, corporate tie-ups, and OTA channels.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Target-driven with proven track record in sales.
