Welsh Essential Employability Coach
We are recruiting a Welsh Essential Employability Coach to inspire and support people to plan their future careers. The role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate both face‑to‑face and digitally (telephone, webchat, and social media). The position is full‑time (37 hours per week) based in Wrexham Careers Centre, Monday to Friday, with duty coverage at the Queensferry Careers Centre in Flintshire.
Salary £26,276 – £28,256.
Responsibilities
* Support and inspire clients to secure their best possible career.
* Provide information and advice to support clients in managing their careers.
* Offer employability support (help with CVs, job searching activities, etc.) to those seeking to return to work or change jobs.
* Help clients achieve sustained positive outcomes in education, training, and employment.
Qualifications
* Minimum of Intermediate level Welsh language skills.
* Education to Level 3 or equivalent, ideally in advice and guidance or related field.
* Basic Disclosure from Disclosure and Barring Service.
* Will be able to achieve the Level 4 Diploma in Career Information and Advice (training provided).
