Medical Support Secretary Neurosciences - Royal Stoke Site
Working Days: Monday - Friday
The post holder is required to support the medical secretary in delivering comprehensive secretarial, waiting list management, and administrative support to medical and nursing staff within a specialty team.
The post holder will assist colleagues in organizing the workload of the specialty team, communicating appointment and admission-related information to patients and carers, and ensuring compliance with the Patient Access Policy and Divisional requirements regarding inpatient waiting list management. Responsibilities also include typing correspondence, transcribing, and typing minutes as appropriate. The post holder may also cover the workload of other members of the Neurology administration team as required.
