G10 Actual Salary £46,757-£49,728 per annum (FTE salary £49,282-£52,413 per annum)
37 hours per week Term time plus 5 training days + 20 days
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an exceptional school business manager to join our school.
Ysgol John Bright is a successful purpose-built comprehensive 11-18 school serving Llandudno and its hinterland. The governing body is looking to appoint an inspirational and self-motivated school business manager to this varied and interested position. If you are a dynamic, committed and enthusiastic individual who wants to make a difference to the lives and outcomes of YJB students we welcome your application.
Our business manager is responsible for managing the strategy and operation of the business functions of the school, including financial management, health and safety, human resources, compliance and administration.

1. A track record of successful business leadership in education or related field
2. An in-depth understanding of financial leadership and management
3. Experience in leading and managing individuals and / or teams
