Senior CNC Programmer
Location: Thirsk, North Yorkshire
Salary: £50,000 to £55,000
An opportunity has opened for a Senior CNC Programmer to join a manufacturing company based in Thirsk, North Yorkshire. The role runs Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM with overtime available for those interested.
Key Skills
* Excellent experience in CNC programming
* HyperMILL software experience
* 5‑axis CNC milling process experience
* Able to interpret CAD models
* Experience in aerospace, automotive or similar industries beneficial
* Heidenhain control experience would be a bonus
Responsibilities
* Develop, simulate and send programs using HyperMILL
* Interpret CAD drawings
* Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with systems
* Verify programs are in working order
* Inspect and quality check components
* Work on 5‑axis CNC machines
