And in June, Humantra will launch in 1,200 Boots stores nationwide, marking a major milestone in their omnichannel expansion!

The Role: Head of Growth Marketing
We’re looking for a commercially astute, data-driven Growth omnichannel leader to take full ownership of Humantra’ s acquisition, retention, and subscription strategy. This is a defining career opportunity for someone ready to move fast, think boldly, and scale a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead full-funnel paid performance across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and TikTok Shop
* Own strategy and execution for Humantra’ s fast-growing subscription business
* Optimise key growth metrics including CAC, ROAS, payback windows, and subscriber acquisition cost
* Drive conversion through landing page testing and CRO strategy
* Build effective CRM journeys (email & SMS) to deepen engagement and retention
* Deliver robust, actionable performance reporting to inform commercial decisions
* Collaborate with Brand to test creative, drive insights, and improve performance
* Understand how digital performance influences retail and omnichannel success
What We're Looking For:
* Significant experience in growth or performance marketing in a fast-paced consumer brand, at a senior strategic / director level
* Proven track record scaling paid media and growing subscription models
* Experience building and leading high-performing teams in high-growth environments
* Deep technical expertise across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube (TikTok Shop a bonus)
* Highly commercial, analytical, and results-oriented
* A natural collaborator who thrives in cross-functional teams
* Strong communicator with a bias for action and fast execution
