As an Enterprise Risk Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the capture and documentation of risk and control activities within the Enterprise landscape. Reporting to the Enterprise Risk Manager, you will:
Provide valuable consultancy services and insights to elevate risk management processes.
Ensure effective risk management practises are in place across the organisation.
Offer expert advice to facilitate risk identification, assessment, management, and monitoring.
Lead workshops with Executives and senior leaders to drive the identification and documentation of business controls.
Deliver timely and comprehensive reporting to risk leads and heads of departments.
Support formal reporting to the Executive Team, Audit and Risk Committee, and occasionally to the Board.
Collaborate with fellow Risk Business Partners to deliver impactful risk workshops.
Analysis and Insight:
~ Contribute to the enhancement of insights and data provision, utilising horizon scanning and emerging risk concepts.
Building Capability and Culture:
~ Cultivate strong stakeholder relationships with key contacts to foster the maturity of risk assurance activities across first and second lines.
You have solid experience in Risk Management, with a deep understanding of tools, processes, and systems.
You possess business change experience, effective communication skills, and a knack for stakeholder management.
An understanding of the energy sector, including its regulatory environment and key challenges, is essential.
Familiarity with ServiceNow is a plus.
