At easywaste, an innovative leader in UK's commercial waste management sector, we are looking for an experienced Office Manager to take charge of our customer service and presales operations. This is a senior role where you'll be trusted to lead processes, improve systems, and ensure our customers receive exceptional service at every stage.

Key Responsibilities
* Take ownership of daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and professionalism across the business.
* Lead customer service activities, ensuring enquiries are handled promptly and effectively.
* Manage the presales process – from preparing accurate quotes and proposals to supporting the Sales Team in securing new business.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, delivering a high standard of account management.
* Develop and implement improved office workflows, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth operations.
* Support, mentor, and supervise administrative staff where required.
* Contribute to business improvement initiatives and play a direct role in driving growth.
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in office management, senior administration, or customer service leadership.
* Strong background in B2B operations; waste management knowledge is a plus but not essential.
* Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with strong attention to detail.
* Confident in managing people, processes, and customer relationships.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and approachable manner.
* Comfortable using CRM and/or accounting software.
* Commercial awareness with a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
What We Offer
* Competitive salary £25,400 – £30,000 (depending on experience).
* Full-time permanent role (maximum 40 hours per week).
* Office hours Monday to Friday – no weekends.
