Your Role
As our Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll report directly to the Head of People Operations and own end-to-end recruitment across key business areas - from digital & technology to product, sales & marketing to service, all business-critical roles.
You’ll design creative sourcing strategies, maintain a rotating pipeline of candidates, and help us secure the skills, mindset and behaviours we need today and for the future.
This is a role for a hands-on recruiter with strong commercial instincts who also loves improving processes and driving smarter, faster hiring outcomes.
Your Responsibilities
* Lead and manage recruitment campaigns across all levels of the business.
* Deliver a brilliant end-to-end hiring process - briefing, attraction, advertising, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers and onboarding.
* Partner with hiring managers to shape role requirements and assess the best talent.
* Ensure compliance with employment legislation throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
* Collaborate with Reward on benchmarking and market analysis.
* Ensure candidate updates within 48 hours and robust audit trails.
* Build long-term talent pipelines in key skill areas.
* Manage agency relationships, negotiate terms and ensure governance standards.
* Drive continuous improvement in candidate experience and recruitment processes.
