Job Title: Senior Analysis Engineer Location: Aberdeen, UK Job Type: Full-time About the Role: We are currently seeking a skilled and driven Senior Analysis Engineer to join our growing client in Aberdeen. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a leading role in delivering high-quality analysis work for subsea installation projects. You will be a key part of a collaborative engineering environment, helping deliver complex offshore projects safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with project leads and managers to define work scope, set objectives, and deliverables. Take ownership of specific scopes of work and lead analysis delivery within agreed timeframes. Plan and break down analysis tasks, ensuring clear goals and responsibilities within the project team. Conduct independent analysis work related to flexible and riser installations. Set up analysis basis, perform calculations, and prepare high-quality reports on schedule. Manage and adapt to changes in input data, methods, or vessel specifications. Import and interpret vessel RAOs and hydrodynamic data. Perform installation analyses for subsea products such as pipelines, flexibles, structures, spools, and more. Provide analytical support during tenders, live projects, and offshore operations including lifting, lowering, lay, hookup, and tie-in. Collaborate effectively with other project disciplines and proactively support team communication. Contribute to the improvement of internal analysis tools, processes, and inter-discipline interfaces. Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and internal business systems. Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to junior engineers as part of your leadership role. Participate in candidate reviews and provide feedback for potential hires when requested. Be available for travel to other offices or offshore locations, sometimes at short notice. About You: You are a highly motivated and experienced analysis engineer with strong leadership capabilities. You have a deep understanding of subsea installation engineering, particularly in hydrodynamics and structural analysis. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are confident in taking initiative and responsibility. You enjoy mentoring others and sharing your technical knowledge to help the team grow. Qualifications & Experience: Proven experience in subsea installation analysis, ideally in the offshore energy sector. Proficient in hydrodynamic and structural analysis tools relevant to subsea engineering. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
