Responsibilities: Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and profitability. Supervise front-of-house staff Monitor food preparation, presentation, and service quality. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback or coaching. Ensure guests have a positive dining experience.
