Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit an experienced Lead Flexographic Printer to take ownership of print operations on shift. The Role Set up and operate wide-web flexographic presses to optimum performance Lead print operations on shift, ensuring safe working and high-quality output Monitor print quality, troubleshoot issues and minimise waste Carry out press changeovers and run to KPI targets Ensure compliance with BRC, ISO and environmental standards Complete paperwork, electronic records and shift handovers Work closely with Technical and Quality teams when requiredExperience on Fischer & Krecke 16S or Bobst 20SIX CI presses is highly advantageous.
