The Role:
As General Manager, you'll be the heart of the club – leading daily operations, driving membership growth, building a strong team culture, and delivering exceptional member experiences. You'll be responsible for all aspects of the club's performance, from financial targets to facility standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the health club
Recruit,train, and motivate a high-performing team
Drive membership sales and retention
Ensure top-notch customer service and member satisfaction
Manage budgets, reporting, and performance KPIs
Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
Coordinate with marketing to promote the club and events

Proven leadership experience, ideally in the fitness or leisure sector
Strong sales and business development mindset
Excellent communication and people skills
Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals
