Are you an experienced Facilities Manager looking for your next challenge? We're seeking a proactive, organised, and hands-on professional to take ownership of our facilities operations, ensuring our sites are safe, efficient, and compliant while providing an exceptional environment for our teams and visitors.
About the Role:
As Facilities Manager, you'll be responsible for the strategic and day-to-day management of our buildings, maintenance contracts, and service providers. You'll oversee everything from health and safety compliance to space planning, budgets, and sustainability initiatives.
You'll lead a small team and work closely with senior management to deliver high-quality facilities services that support the organisation's goals and create a safe, well-maintained workplace.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain all aspects of building services, maintenance, and repairs
Oversee contractors and service providers, ensuring SLAs are met and value for money achieved
Ensure full compliance with health & safety, environmental, and statutory requirements
Develop and manage the facilities budget, including forecasting and cost control
Lead sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives
Manage space planning, office moves, and refurbishments
Oversee security, cleaning, catering, and waste management contracts
About You: Proven experience in a Facilities Management role, ideally within a multi-site or complex environment
Strong understanding of health & safety and compliance requirements
Excellent organisational and leadership skills
Confident managing budgets and negotiating with suppliers
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Relevant qualifications (e.g. IWFM, NEBOSH, IOSH) desirable
