Parts Advisor
Glyn Hopkin Limited - Waltham Abbey
Working within a small team and reporting to the Parts Manager, the successful candidate will have key responsibilities for the:
* Co-ordinate all parts sales to make sure that customers and Technicians are always able to have the parts they need when they need them.
* Liaising with the team and customers
* Dealing with customer enquiries,
* Liaising on the telephone and serving parts to in-house and retail customers.
* Delivering and collecting stock for the busy parts department. Some lifting and carrying will be involved.
* Use a good understanding of the customer's needs to guide them towards the product/service that will best meet their needs
* This is a varied role, with an opportunity to progress with the team.

Now, we have more than 40 dealerships in total, including 13 Nissan showrooms, making us one of the largest independent Nissan dealer groups in the UK as well as other dealerships within the group representing Kia, MG, Suzuki, Renault and Dacia dealerships. Glyn Hopkin Parts Advisor role: Parts advisors are highly valued members of the aftersales team with responsibility for communication between the customer and the workshop. Our advisors know that customer service is more than completing the job - it's about understanding the customer's expectations, anticipating their future needs, and building long term trusted relationships.
Automotive experience is not essential, as a full training programme will be provided, by both Glyn Hopkin and the manufacturers we represent.
