We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Technical Administrator to work within our Investments Team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth delivery of a planned programme of works, replacing major components in our properties. You’ll distribute work instructions directly to front-line operational staff or contractors, assist with ensuring data accuracy across our systems and respond to customer enquiries and complaints professionally and in line with our service we’re looking for Strong organisational and planning skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
