So whether it's about style, comfort, or everything in between, with your brilliant sofa knowledge you’ll help our customers find the right sofa for them, because we know that nothing feels like being at home on a sofa you love.
A day in the life of a Retail Sales Consultant includes partnering with customers to help them find their dream sofa, showcasing products in Sofology style, delivering a Very Important Customer experience, understanding design and style to guide sofa choices, completing finance applications to offer appropriate payment products, and using interior design knowledge to maintain store standards. You’ll also share product knowledge with teammates and help customers visualise how a new sofa will look in their home, while offering aftercare advice.

Responsibilities
* Partner with customers to help them find their dream sofa
* Showcase products in Sofology style
* Deliver a high-quality customer experience – no ifs, no buts
* Understand design and style to guide sofa choices
* Complete finance applications to offer appropriate payment products
* Maintain store standards with interior design flair
* Share product knowledge with teammates and support best practice
* Develop listening skills to have relevant customer conversations
* Help customers visually imagine their sofa in their home
* Identify customer needs and recommend additional products
* Provide aftercare guidance to help customers love their sofa longer
Requirements / Ideal
* Passion for delivering a red carpet customer experience
* A true team player with interest in style and design
* No extensive sales experience required; enthusiasm and customer focus are valued
