Empowering Learning are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a welcoming and forward-thinking primary school within one of our partnered trusts. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and committed individual to make a real difference to children's learning and development. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting teaching and learning across the school and will have the opportunity to deliver whole-class sessions and small-group interventions from EYFS through to KS2. Key Responsibilities: Lead whole-class teaching when required, supporting a range of year groups. Prepare and deliver engaging learning resources tailored to pupils' needs. Support and implement Individual Education Plans and Behaviour Plans. Work collaboratively with teaching staff to raise attainment and promote positive outcomes for all pupils. Deliver a strong universal teaching offer and adapt approaches for pupils with varying abilities. Contribute to the wider school community and uphold its values and commitment to learning. Requirements: Higher Level Teaching Assistant status, or willingness to work towards it. Training and experience in relevant learning strategies (e.g. literacy, Key Stage 1 or 2). Experience of leading whole-class learning activities. Experience of supporting pupils with a range of abilities and needs. A genuine passion for education and commitment to pupil progress and wellbeing.
