Job Description
The Private Client Solicitor will be:
3. Handling a broad range of non-contentious private client matters
4. Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
5. Managing estate administration, including IHT advice and account preparation
6. Running your own caseload with supervision and support
7. Participating in team and firmwide business development initiatives
The Successful Applicant
The successful Private Client Solicitor should have:
8. A solicitor or equivalent with 1-3 years PQE in private client law
9. Experienced in estate administration and tax matters
10. Skilled in drafting Wills and LPAs
11. A confident communicator with strong client care skills
12. Enthusiastic about business development and team collaboration
