Fresh is seeking a dynamic and passionate General Manager to oversee operations at our student accommodation development, The Lantern.
The Lantern is a 412-bed student accommodation building featuring amenities such as a multimedia room, games room, and gym.
This is a full-time role, offering 37.5 hours per week, working Monday - Friday between 8am and 6pm on a rota basis.
We’re looking for a General Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values excellence, and aims to make a meaningful impact on residents.
In this role, you will lead a dedicated on-site team, working closely with them to create a supportive and safe living environment for residents. Your leadership will set the tone for the property, fostering collaboration and encouraging everyone to go above and beyond to make residents feel welcome.
A key responsibility is to oversee the effective management of the building, including managing budgets, liaising with stakeholders, and proactively seeking solutions to ensure the site delivers exceptional performance.

You should be able to manage pressure effectively, ensuring both your team and yourself achieve optimal results.
