Duties
1. Overseeing all Landlord and Tenant enquiries relating to the maintenance works.
2. Retaining Landlords
3. Go throughmaintenanceissues daily and prioritise.
4. Preparing, issuing and managing the Tender process for contracted works.
5. Recording all activity and scheduled works onto the in-house system.
6. Landlord and Tenant liaison, ensuring high levels of customer service.
7. Screening and selecting tenants (background, credit checks)
