An established care provider is seeking a dedicated Care Coordinator to join their office-based team in Leeds. This is an exciting opportunity to play a central role in the smooth running of a busy service and ensure the delivery of high-quality care to the local community. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate care packages, matching carers to client needs and preferences. Build strong relationships with clients, families, and staff. Manage schedules and ensure efficient rota planning. Support the Registered Manager in maintaining compliance with CQC standards. Respond to queries, resolve issues, and ensure continuity of care delivery. Requirements: Previous experience in a care coordination or scheduling role. Excellent organisational and communication skills. Strong understanding of domiciliary or community care services. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. IT literate, with experience using care management or scheduling systems. What's on offer: Salary: Up to £32,000 (DOE). Office-based in Leeds.
