MCS Group is working exclusively with a potential new entrant to Northern Ireland in their search for a Senior AI-Enabled Software Engineer. This will be a fully-remote, senior engineering role within a high-growth MedTech organisation.

What you'll do
* Take ideas and turn them into working, production-ready systems
* Improve and evolve existing platforms without unnecessary rewrites
* Build APIs, services, and (where needed) clean, usable frontends
* Move systems toward modern, cloud-native ways of working
* Use AI tools to speed up delivery and focus on what really matters
* Test ideas quickly through prototypes, then scale what works
What we're looking for
* Strong experience building and owning software in production
* Comfortable across backend, systems, and some frontend when needed
* Solid understanding of modern cloud and delivery practices
* Able to make sensible trade-offs and keep things pragmatic
* Already using AI tools to enhance how you build software (you'll be tinkering and utilising the likes of Cursor, Claude or Co-Pilot to go-faster and work more efficiently in your role already)
